Driss Temsamani is Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning for Citibank e-Business in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Previous to this position, he was Citigroup’s CIO of e-Business for Latin America, where he managed the e-commerce technology architecture for the Corporate and the Consumer Bank divisions.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Temsamani held positions with Worldcare travel insurance and Telemundo where he was head of information technology. He headed the design of on-line procurement networks for Dillard’s, Wal-Mart, and Home Shopping Network.

In addition to his role with Citigroup, he is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires and Florida International University in Miami where he speaks to MBA students about Marketing and e-Business strategies.

A member of the International Finance Institute, the Global Business Dialogue on Electronic Commerce, Association for International Business, Center for Strategic International Studies and Corporate Strategy Board, Temsamani is also the author of the e-Infrastructure Blue Print, Internet 2.0, and DNA Marketing.

As a result of his interest and research in the areas of leadership, communication and e-commerce, Driss Temsamani has been recognized by Strathmore Who’s Who as a distinguished expert in e-Business. He has also been awarded The Executive Choice Award and Compaq’s “Visionary of The Year”

He a is a frequent key note speaker at regional e-Business and Marketing events, Eurofinance Treasury & Cash Management Event, Marcusevans CRM Conference, Converging Technologies in Latin America Summit , and Latin America Insurance & Finance Conference in Miami, The Wall Street Journal Technology Summit Sao Paulo, and Comdex Buenos Aires

Temsamani holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Columbus University. He has also studied at Abdelmalik University in Morocco, The Center for Creative Leadership, and the Harvard University School of Business. He has a full command of the English, French, Spanish and Arabic languages.

Driss was born in Tangiers, Morocco where he grew up before he moved to the USA.  He has been living in Miami, Florida since 1988
