 dad is dead.can gf stay section8 housing Posted By: ZetallicA Post Date:December 9, 2017 Location: Yonkers Contact Info: Login to see contact info. my dad just died this morning. his divorce from a previous marriage is not complete (many years ago). he lives in Yonkers in an apt paid via section 8 housing. his long time girlfriend (old woman) lives and cared for him at this place for over 4 years. her name is nowhere, but we have witness including landlord. can she stay at this apt and rent be paid using deceased father? | |
