| Ghizlane Mouflih [ July, 2007 ] | ||
 Ghizlane is currently managing the Quality Control department for a Talent Management Software Company in Virginia. She offers more than 5 years of experience in the IT field with 3 years of hands-on in Management.Ghizlane started her first experience in the IT industry as an Oracle Developer for Base Technologies Inc. before the J2EE community at Plateau systems welcomed her into a challenging Quality Control Engineer position. She gained tremendous amount of knowledge on various cutting edge technologies while working toward analyzing and solving customers’ needs and issues. Her ambition allowed her to quickly climb the ladder of management moving from leading and managing projects, to dictating methodologies, implementing QC life cycle strategies, and overseeing the execution of the testing plan of the product. In her spare time, Ghizlane enjoys working out and socializing with her friends. She is also interested in the evolvement of the IT offshoring business in Morocco and its upcoming future, and hoping to open her own Software offshore center one day. Ghizlane is also a member of the Association of Moroccan Professionals in America (www.amp-usa.org), a non profit organization with a simple goal to unite Moroccan professionals in the US and help them expand their professional network to advance their careers. Ghizlane holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University along with an OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) certification. She will be soon working toward her MBA in Maryland University. | ||
