Other K1 - Fiancee VISA Help

I’m reaching out to you regarding a K1 Fiancée case that is overly delayed. It was approved back in July 2021 and sent to the U.S. Consulate Casablanca, Morocco in Sep 2021, however as of today (Jan 24th 2022), my fiancée has not been provided an interview appointment.
I have been trying to call contact the U.S. Consulate in Casablanca and they keep hanging up the phone and don’t reply to emails.

If anyone have any lead to contact, that would be appreciated, as I’m waiting for my fiancée to join me.
