Salam Wafiners, Iam us citizen and I applied for my brother to come to the United states and I was told the process take over 10 ans and he is old enough to keep waiting all this long,hetried many times to get his tourist visa but unfortunately he couldn't get it. so my question is : is there any way I can write a letter to Mrs the president Obama? if yes how it works? and where I should start from? because I was told that in some states (but not where I live)people you vote for can help you with this matter. | |
