The rent is 1,350 $ a month.We think it wld be perfect if we could find two guys more to share the house with..I've done some maths and I believe that each one of us will pay AT MOST 260 dollars a month (utilities included) The house is clean and the neighborhood is real nice with community pool, tennis courts and Basketball field. We are young professional men, very friendly, respectful and responsible and we expect you to be the same. thanks | |
